If you’re into this, you’re going to have to act really fast: tomorrow night only, Fins and Scales—the kosher omakase from Sushi by Bou that operates inside the Chabad Loft at 10 East 8th Street—is taking over Sushi Suite 1001, the ultra-exclusive four-seat counter hidden inside a hotel room at Hotel 32 32 on (you guessed it) 32 East 32nd Street by Madison Avenue.

Usually a sought-after non-kosher affair, this special activation includes access to a beautiful terrace overlooking the Empire State Building and, of course, a private chef-prepared meal served to just four lucky diners. Reservations are extremely limited and now available on Resy for seatings at 5pm, 6:15pm, 7:30pm and 8:45pm.

No official word yet on what exactly the night will look like, but odds are it’ll mirror what Sushi by Bou delivers out of this room the rest of the week, which is something it’s been doing for years. Expect a room key to the hidden 150-square-foot restaurant on the 10th floor, a sleek four-seat sushi bar, a cozy lounge and that stunning terrace. As for the food? Think premium fish, chef’s choice, omakase-style—just like Fins and Scales always does.

We dare you to find a more New York night out this week.
