Bravo Kosher Pizza clearly knows how to lead a business: the company has been slinging out pies to hungry non-kosher-eating New Yorkers since 1985.
A little over a decade ago, the owners expanded their reach and opened the first kosher outpost of their chain in midtown Manhattan.
Fast-forward to today and Bravo operates six locations in the New York-New Jersey area, also currently prepping to debut their latest address, this one in Great Neck, Long Island. The company’s second Nassau County outpost, Bravo will open in Great Neck “most likely in October,” reports Elan Kornblum of Great Kosher Restaurants.
Yeah That’s Kosher reports that the new pizzeria will be taking over 25 Cuttermill Road, right by the town’s train station, and certified kosher by Kehillah Kashrus.
If recently revealed renderings of the new store are to be trusted, the outpot will look and feel like the chain’s others, offering pies, pasta dishes and salads for delivery, takeout and dine-in.
At the moment, there are four other kosher pizzerie in the town of Great Neck. La Pizzeria and Elite are a seven-minute walk from the new Bravo outpost; Roya’s and Paradise Pizza & Sushi are a five-minute drive away. A little competition has never hurt anyone!
