As Thanksgiving fades into a distant memory, our attention swiftly turns to Hanukkah, which kicks off in just under two weeks, on December 14. Naturally, in addition to constantly updating our gift lists, we’re mentally preparing to devour endless amounts of donuts. The odder the flavor, the higher the chance of us digging in.

The best way to prepare? Know exactly what’s coming. That’s why we’re sharing the lineup of sufganiyot flavors that will be available starting early next week at the various kosher Michaeli Bakery locations across NYC.

Here they are:

Banana-pecan sufganiyah ($5.90)
Dulce de leche sufganiyah ($4.90)
Halva sufganiyah ($5.90)
Hazelnut sufganiyah ($5.90)
Pistachio sufganiyah ($5.90)
Sfenge donut (parve) ($2.75)
Vanilla chocolate sufganiyah ($5.90)
Strawberry jam sufganiyah ($4.90)

A few things to keep in mind: with the exception of the classic strawberry jam, not all flavors will be available every day—they’ll rotate on a daily schedule. The bakery will also not be taking preorders, so if you’re hoping to show up to a Hanukkah party with a box of these in tow, plan to arrive early. They’ll be available strictly on a first-come, first-served basis.

We are already salivating.
