Just days after hosting an intimate four-seat omakase experience inside a NYC hotel room, kosher omakase spot Fins and Scales has announced its next move: a three-night pop-up in the Hamptons this spring, taking place on May 29, June 12 and June 19 at Chabad at 13 Woods Lane in East Hampton.

As always, seating is extremely limited: only eight guests per session can reserve a spot right here.

Expect an experience similar to the one offered at Fins and Scales’ original location inside the Chabad Loft at 10 East 8th Street in Manhattan: a multi-course, chef-curated tasting menu featuring seasonal ingredients and premium fish, all prepared by a master sushi chef right in front of you.

Most recently, the Manhattan eatery shifted to a “give what you can” model, with a suggested donation of $150 per person—on par with many omakase offerings across the city. The Hamptons experience will follow suit. While a suggested donation of $150 per person is encouraged, booking your seat only costs $18, which covers the service fee and reserves your spot. You’ll decide what to contribute once you’re there.
