As first reported by Kosherist, Cattle is a new glatt kosher takeout- and delivery-only spot that just opened at 245 West 46th Street, by 8th Avenue, next door to Sony Hall.
The menu is immediately eye-catching, featuring smoked and charcoal-grilled meats presented in visually appealing boxes that are made for Instagram—a must for any culinary business these days.
The highlight of the menu has to be the slider box. Akin to a pack of macarons, the six little burgers taste just as delicious as they look. They’re prepared with garlic sauce, parve cheddar cheese and caramelized onions. Other standouts include a smoked brisket and burger sandwich, guaranteed to keep you full all day, and loaded potatoes topped with garlic sauce, pulled smoked brisket, BBQ sauce and jalapeños.
We’d be remiss not to mention the pastrami sandwich: served on a baguette, it features a generous portion of thinly sliced, house-cured pastrami with deli mustard. You can also add fresh slaw, roasted sauce or a fried egg to elevate it even further.
You can also skip the sandwiches and opt for one of two rice bowls or even a salad, which can be customized with any protein on the menu.
Impressed by it all? Cattle also offers catering services. Check out the menu right here.
