Soda Club, the vegan pasta and wine bar from Overthrow Hospitality that officially went kosher in 2024, has announced a one-night-only pasta tasting extravaganza—exactly the kind of indulgent meal to book before Passover has us giving up wheat for ten days.
The experience is happening at the restaurant on March 24 and seats will be limited, so you’ll want to book a table on Resy right now.
According to the official invite, the meal will entirely focus on tortellini, the ring-shaped, stuffed pasta from the Emilia-Romagna region of Italy that is traditionally filled with a variety of ingredients.
Expect four different tortellini courses plus snacks, and the option to add a wine flight to your dinner for an additional fee. The staff will also be serving special bottles throughout the evening at an added price.
“We’re diving deep into the wine cellar and rescuing gems, bottles we only have one or two of left, special pours we’ve been saving and unexpected favorites pulled just for this night,” reads the official description of the event. “Think rare finds, perfect pairings and very friendly pricing to keep the glasses flowing alongside every twist, fold and saucy situation.” Count us in.
Price-wise, tickets are currently $90 per guest, a fee that includes a 20% service charge. Four pasta courses plus additional bites for under $100 feels like a pretty solid deal.
As they say in Italy: buon appetito!
