The relatively newly kosher-anointed BUBA Bureka continues to delight our taste buds with exciting new drops. On April 22, the downtown eatery is launching a new shakshuka bureka in collaboration with Brooklyn-based actor and content creator Jake Goldberg, best known for playing Adam Sandler’s oldest son in the Grown Ups franchise—and, in a second life of sorts, a viral internet personality in his own right as the creator behind Silly Jake on Instagram.

The new menu item is made with NY Shuk’s signature harissa, combined with a jammy egg and served with tahini, pickles and a hard-boiled egg—exactly how all of BUBA’s burekas are plated, as you’ve likely seen flooding social media thanks to the spot’s viral momentum.

Price-wise, you’re looking at $10 per bureka, which feels like a very solid lunch deal. Add two dollars and, for $12, you can bundle in a coffee with your order.

May we suggest ordering a bunch of these and devouring them while lounging in the adorable outdoor shed that BUBA just debuted on Bleecker Street? After all, we have to savor every moment of good weather we can get after such a brutally cold winter in NYC.
