Omer Adam is playing Barclays Center on November 1

Omer Adam is coming back to New York and, this time, he’s heading to Brooklyn. Live Nation just announced that the singer Ynet once called Israel’s most famous will play Barclays Center on Sunday, November 1. It’s one of only two American dates this fall, the other one at the Intuit Dome in Inglewood on October 29.

If you were at Madison Square Garden last October, you know the drill: that show sold out, so you’ll want to get tickets to this one ASAP.

Some more details: tickets will drop in two rounds. The Live Nation presale opens on Wednesday, September 30 at 10am and general on-sale follows on Thursday, October 1 at 10am. We expect a good share of the borough (well, the entire state) to be refreshing Live Nation from inside a sukkah. VIP packages are also available through VIP Nation and they include premium seats, a pre-show lounge, early entry and a “specially designed gift item,” which we’re choosing not to speculate about.

In other news, there are some food-related updates worth mentioning. For years, kosher at Barclays meant calling ahead, finding the one stand that was open, or eating a sandwich on the train and calling it planning. As we reported earlier this month, Smash House is opening a cooked-to-order stand in the arena’s 100s section under Tartikov hashgacha. The stand covers concerts as well as Nets and Liberty games. Its only built-in exception is Shabbat, and November 1 is a Sunday, so nothing stands between you and a smashburger at intermission except the line (we do bet on that line being long, though).

One more thing for the calendar: daylight saving time ends at 2am that same Sunday. Everyone gets an extra hour of sleep, about eighteen hours before anyone would actually want it.
